I will not stop smiling as an election observer

“Why are you smiling at me?” asked the poll station chief, then started to shout and restrict my role as an independent observer. “Be quiet and stop smiling, you people and your NGO’s!”. I really hope these kind of behaviour will vanish from the Romanian society soon. And no, I will not stop smiling. :)
